These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the referral program ("Program") offered by Beyond Business Virtual Assistants ("BBVA"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

• Referrals must be new clients with no prior engagement with BBVA.
• Earn $299 for each eligible referral resulting in a new client engagement.
• Rewards are paid on the 1st of each month via Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo after the referred client signs a contract and makes their first payment.
• Referrals cannot include current or past BBVA clients.
• Participation requires compliance with all applicable laws, including those in Pennsylvania.
• BBVA may modify or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
• Changes take effect immediately upon posting on BBVA's website or other channels.
• BBVA is not liable for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected referrals or communications.
• BBVA may disqualify participants or referrals for fraud, abuse, or rule violations.
• These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflicts of law.
